1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all business relationships between Winrate International Trading (“Winrate”) and its clients and partners.

2. Services

Winrate provides brokerage and trading services as well as investments relating to commercial goods of all kinds. The specific scope of services is determined by the respective individual agreement.

3. Commission

Unless otherwise agreed, remuneration is commission-based and becomes due upon conclusion of the brokered transaction.

4. Liability

Winrate is not liable for the performance of contracts concluded between clients and third parties.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of Winrate.
