1. Scope

These terms apply to business relationships between Winrate International Trading e.U. (“WINRATE”) and its clients and partners.

2. Services

WINRATE provides brokerage and trading services and may participate in selected commercial projects involving goods of all kinds. The specific scope is defined in the individual agreement.

3. Commission

Unless otherwise agreed, compensation is commission-based and becomes due when the brokered transaction is concluded.

4. Liability

WINRATE is not responsible for performance of contracts concluded between clients and third parties, subject to mandatory law.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of WINRATE.
